I have made online booking for one room for 28th May 2011, e-mails also and telephoned tree times and still avaiting e-mail confirmation. Once telephone operator confimred that booking is confirme and manager will send e-mail. Some time telephones are not being trasfered to the booking manage or wrong number is given to me.
I apreciate if you can confimr by e-mail quickly.
