would that be possible for Thais to stay

I have heard that Thais are not allowed to stay in Kho sarn Rd. by some reason so I m looking for a hotel like Diamond house for me and my friend (im thai and he's french). I'm not sure if there is ok for us? Do you have a car park? how many day of booking in advance?
